With a rich and diverse performance portfolio, Harlee Castro Balajadia has established himself as a distinguished tenor vocalist and professional musician. His solo performing experience showcases his versatility and dedication to his craft, highlighted by notable renditions such as "The Blessing" by Heather Sorenson and "More than Able" by Cliff Duren with the St. Andrew’s Sanctuary Choir under the baton of Michael Busch. Harlee has also taken the lead in powerful performances of Richard Smallwood’s "Every Praise" with the Stockton Symphony Gospel Choir, conducted by Damian Sneed, and delivered moving solos in pieces like "Amazing Grace" by Jack Schrader and "Speak Lord" by Tom Trenney.

Noteworthy solo engagements include performances with the Long Beach Camerata Singers in Moira Smiley's "Stand in That River," and his role as a tenor soloist in Bob Chilcott’s "MLK" with Voices for Social Justice, conducted by Michael Ryan McKenzie. His versatility as a performer is further exemplified by his work with ensembles such as the Bob Cole Chamber Choir, where he brought Pamela Bertin’s arrangement of "Silent Night" to life, and his appearance as a tenor soloist in Mozart's "Coronation Mass" with St. Luke’s Episcopal Music Ministry under Johannes Müller-Stosch.

Harlee Balajadia has also been featured in significant events such as Disney’s Food and Wine Festival with The Filharmonic, and the Western ACDA 2024 headlining choral ensemble with Choral Arts Initiative. His performances at the Monterey Jazz Festival and the JEN Conference with Pacific Standard Time have solidified his reputation in the vocal jazz community.

Harlee Balajadia is a key member of several esteemed ensembles. He hold a position with Choral Arts Initiative and serves as a Staff Soloist and Choral Lead at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church of Newport Beach. He is a staff singer with the Long Beach Camerata Singers and an active performer with The Candlelight Carolers, Catalyst, and Choral Audacity. His commitment to social causes is reflected in his work with Voices for Social Justice, and he continues to enchant audiences as part of Filosophy and The Filharmonic.

From his early days with Pacific Standard Time and the Bob Cole Chamber Choir to his current roles, Harlee Balajadia has demonstrated an unwavering passion for music and a remarkable ability to engage and inspire audiences.
